How does a small town girl who loves country living end up writing a dark urban suspense series about street kis in Chicago?  I blog about that at the website of fellow New Libri author Acacia Awai.

The city inspired my beloved STREET STORIES suspense series and has birthed two books so far, Painted Black and Bend Me, Shape Me. These novels represent my passion to spread an awareness that people who live on the streets deserve as much respect and help as your neighbor with the Lexus, three kids, and a dog. Reviews show that they succeed in that. “Borys depicts the street life and struggles in an engaging, interesting way that draws you in and helps give a little perspective into the lives of the homeless.”
